Claim

Your Sovereignty

  • You don’t need permission to become her. You need four months and the nerve to start.

  • The Empress doesn’t wait for her life to feel ready. She builds it anyway

  • This isn’t the next chapter. It’s a new book — and you’re the one writing it.

  • She’s not someday. She’s You.

A four-month journey into the shadow to connect with your power and claim your sovereignty.

The Empress’s way

The Empress's Way is a four-month, one-on-one facilitation container for a full life rebuild.

Queen's Path rewrites the patterns running your current life. Empress's Way builds the next one — new work, new relationships, new home, new identity, whatever “claiming sovereignty" actually means for you. Same tools, shadow work and storytelling, aimed at building forward instead of untangling what's already there. This is where sovereignty stops being a concept and becomes how you live. You’re not just finding your power here — you’re building a whole life with it

This program runs on the same method as Queen's Path — shadow work, folklore, and your own magic — but the focus shifts from understanding to building. Queen's Path gets you to the main character. Empress's Way is where you write the next book.

[Flag: Queen's Path has a defined stage structure — Cups, Wands, Swords, Pentacles, in that order. Empress's Way doesn't have an equivalent yet. Before this section can be written for real: is it built around a different archetype or spread, is it phases (rebuild what, in what order), or is it more open-ended by design? Tell me how you actually run it and I'll write this section to match.]

For women done inheriting a life. You don’t walk into being the Empress — you grow it, from the ground up.

Four months. Here's exactly how it goes.

Before Week One

Getting Started

Say yes and you get a same-day confirmation, your agreement, and an intake quiz. A week before your first session, your orientation email arrives: your first shadow character profile, a read on what you're working through, and the roadmap for the four months ahead.

Weeks One Through Eight

The Work Begins

One 90-minute session a week — grounding, dialogue, symbolic drawing, facing it directly. After every session: an email assessment of what we covered, plus a folklore tale matched to what came up. Daily practical-application exercises between sessions, paced by you.

Weeks Nine Through Sixteen

Going Deeper

Same structure, further ground. By now the pattern's visible — you're not just naming it anymore, you're moving through it, session by session, toward the one change you came here to make.

After Your Last Session

Closing & Follow-Up

An outtake quiz, then your final assessment: an updated shadow character profile to really see where you changed, and a full written read on everything you covered. Three weeks later, a 30-minute follow-up check-in call.

Stop managing your life. Start building the one you actually want.

THE GOAL OF YOUR FOUR MONTHS

The new job, the new relationship, the new home, the new identity — actually built, not just imagined.
We measure success by whether you’re living it, not whether you understand it.

How its Different

How it Works

Set a Major Life Goal

Pick that one thing you have keep putting off. That one BIG life change your ready for and decide Its Time.

The Queen’s Path

The first three months help break through the false sories and reshape tour mindset around your goal.

Somatic Shadow Work

Body and Mind we build the magic in you to claim your power and make the change that will change your life.

Your Severity

By the end of month four we deliver the change you have been seeking. It’s not just a finished product—it’s your power in your hands.

Four months from now, your body won’t be holding the old story anymore.

A pattern doesn't live in your thinking — it lives in your body, whether you've ever named it or not.

The ache in your shoulders before a hard conversation, the jaw you clench without noticing, the breath that goes shallow the second an old wound gets close: that's not metaphor, that's physiology. Your nervous system runs the pattern on a loop that insight alone can't interrupt, because knowing something and having your body stop reacting to it are two different jobs, running on two different systems — and talking about a pattern for years doesn't automatically teach either one of them anything new.

Somatic work is the second job — the one insight can't do alone. It's tracking what your body is doing while you do the real work of facing a pattern head-on, instead of staying up in your head talking around it. Every session opens with a body check, naming exactly where the tension is sitting before anything else happens, and a grounding breathing meditation moves your nervous system out of fight-or-flight before you touch the harder material. Every session closes the same way — a body scan, so you leave regulated, not raw.

In Empress's Way, that work does something more by month four: you're not just discharging the old pattern anymore, you're laying down a new one, teaching your body what it feels like to hold the life you're building instead of just surviving without the one you left.

That's the difference between unlearning a pattern and becoming someone new in your body, not just in your head.

A fantastical scene of a humanoid spider creature with a human face, multiple spider legs, and tribal clothing, perched on a tree branch at night with a glowing full moon in the background. The scene is illuminated by warm, orange-toned lighting with spider webs draped across the tree.
A dark, mystical scene featuring a woman with long black hair, dressed in traditional Japanese attire, holding a mask with a painted face. Behind her is a large, glowing full moon partially covered by clouds, with cherry blossom branches in the foreground. The background includes silhouettes of traditional Japanese structures and a mountainous landscape.
A glowing dragon with shimmering scales, resting in a mystical jungle under a bright full moon, with waterfalls and dense trees around.
A woman covered in lush greenery and white flowers, blending with a dense forest landscape under a glowing full moon in the night sky.
A woman in a flowing floral dress holding a lantern stands outdoors at night with a large, glowing full moon and cloudy sky in the background. Trees and small houses are visible in a misty, forested landscape.

Folklore, Tarot & the Method

Every culture keeps telling the same handful of stories because the feeling underneath them is universal — the debt that outlives what it was ever owed for, the house that isn’t safe no matter how good you are in it, the woman who has to burn the field before anything new will grow there. That’s not flavor on top of the work. It’s the actual tool. A pattern is easier to look at straight-on, without flinching, when you meet it first in a story that was never about you.

Tarot is what turns that tool into a sequence. The four Queens — Cups, Wands, Swords, Pentacles — aren’t a personality quiz, and they’re not roles you get sorted into. Each one is a capacity you already have, currently stuck: reversed, blocked, running against you instead of for you. They come back online in a specific order — feeling first, because you have to know what’s actually there before anything else works, then intuition to point you somewhere, then thinking to build the plan, then sensation to make it real in your actual life. Empress’s Way runs that same sequence, then adds the move most programs skip entirely: taking what just came back online and putting it in charge.

This Path is for you if….

Let’s Work Together

Leigh is a Shadow Work Facilitator, Folklorist, and Magic Practitioner. She guides people through the shadow the way a sherpa guides someone up a mountain — toward the parts of themselves they've lost touch with, and back to their own power. Her method draws on folklore, a Jungian-rooted practice called Active Imagination, and somatic work, all built on the belief that the oldest stories still carry the truest maps. She's deepening her training now in the Shadow Work Alchemy two-year facilitation program, and she practices magic herself — not as decoration on this work, but as part of how she does it.
