Awareness

Awareness

Queen of Cups

You cannot change what you refuse to notice. The Queen of Cups teaches you to observe your emotions with curiosity instead of judgment, recognizing that every feeling carries wisdom beneath its surface. Awareness creates the space between reaction and choice. In that space, healing quietly begins.

Courage

Queen of Wands tap to reveal

Courage

Queen of Wands

Growth rarely asks for perfection it asks for bravery. The Queen of Wands reminds you that fear and confidence often walk side by side, and that waiting to feel fearless keeps you standing still. Courage is choosing yourself one small step at a time. Every act of authenticity strengthens the person you are becoming.

Truth

Queen of Swords tap to reveal

Truth

Queen of Swords

Shadow work begins with honesty. The Queen of Swords asks you to look beyond comforting stories and gently face what is real, even when the truth is difficult. She reminds you that clarity is not cruelty it is compassion expressed without illusion. Every transformation begins the moment you tell yourself the truth.

Worth

Worth

Queen of Pentacles

Your value has never depended on your productivity, appearance, or achievements. The Queen of Pentacles invites you to root your self-worth in who you are rather than what you accomplish. From that foundation, boundaries become easier, rest becomes sacred, and abundance feels possible. You stop proving your worth and begin living from it.

For women who aren’t interested in just feeling okay. They want to rule their own life again — not everyone else’s.

Reclaim your agency at the deepest level — moving through shadow, story, and self across four transformative stages, from reversed to upright, until you're finally ruling the life you already have.

Honesty

You're here because you already know the story you're living isn't the one you Signed up for. You've done everything right and it still hasn't fixed the thing underneath. You've asked why before. More than once and Nobody gave you a real answer.

And still, you keep landing in the same room, the same reaction, the same script running the show.

That's not failure. That's a false story thats become a pattern narrating your life. And shadow work has always spoken in story. Long before people had a language for projection or repetition, folklore already knew. The wolf at the door. The tower that falls. The queen locked in her own reflection. Not just bedtime stories. Maps, for the exact patterns you're trying to untangle — told for a thousand years because they hold up.

Tarot belongs in that same lineage. It isn't fortune telling. It's symbols of the self compressed into archetype — a deck of characters who've already lived every version of the story you're stuck inside.

The Queens hold something special to them. They aren't villains to defeat or lessons to learn. They're women who have already walked the exact ground you're standing on now.

Awareness. Courage. Truth. Worth.

Four stages, four Queens, one story, finally rewritten in your own hand.

That's what The Queen's Path actually does. It doesn't hand you a worksheet. It hands you a myth already shaped for the exact thing you're carrying.

This isn't about finishing someone else's script anymore. It's about living your own.

Three months from now, you won't be the same woman standing at this door. You'll be the one who opened it.

Why this path

Somewhere between everyone else's needs and your own, you lost the thread of your story. The Queen's Path is a three-month, one-on-one coaching container that uses shadow work — and the oldest tool there is, storytelling — to trace the patterns you didn't choose and rewrite the ones you're ready to leave behind.

Folklore and shadow work together are a method for understanding the patterns shaping how you think, feel, connect, and reconnect to the power within yourself. Rather than settling for insight alone, the work moves across four layers: understanding yourself, rebuilding real relationships, breaking the patterns, and finding your magic!

You don't just understand yourself. You pick the pen back up and become the main character in your story again.

What Somatic Work Actually Does

Your body doesn’t know the difference between then and now unless you teach it to.

A pattern isn’t just a story you tell yourself — it’s held, literally, in your shoulders, your jaw, your breath, the tightness in your chest before you’ve even named what’s wrong. You can talk about a pattern for years and it can still live in your body exactly the way it always has, because insight and your nervous system aren’t the same thing, and one doesn’t automatically update the other.

Somatic work is how you close that gap. It’s not massage and it’s not therapy — it’s paying direct attention to what your body is doing while you do the harder work of facing a pattern, instead of staying stuck in your head about it. Every session opens with a body check: where the tension is actually sitting, right now, physically. A grounding breathing meditation gets your nervous system out of fight-or-flight before the real work even starts, and every session closes the same way — a body scan, so you leave regulated instead of raw.

It’s not a separate modality bolted onto the shadow work. It’s how the shadow work actually lands, instead of staying something you only ever talked about.

A fantasy scene featuring a mythical creature resembling a hobbit or forest elf with long hair, a beard, and leafy, bark-like clothing, holding a lantern and walking in a forest under a large, glowing full moon.
A woman with long flowing hair is reaching towards a bright full moon in the night sky, surrounded by swirling, glowing translucent fabric.
A tiger walking along a rocky ledge under a large, bright moon with clouds and purple flowers in the foreground and background.
A woman in a red, semi-transparent cloak gazing upward in a dark, wooded scene illuminated by a large, bright full moon. The scene has a mystical, fantasy-like atmosphere with dramatic lighting and red leaves.
A woman with long flowing dark hair wearing a gold and black dress, surrounded by sheer fabric and pink flowers, reaching upwards towards a glowing full moon in a cloudy night sky.
An underwater scene featuring a mermaid reaching towards the moon above the ocean surface, with rocks and coral formations beneath and a school of fish swimming nearby.

Why Folklore, and Why Tarot

Folklore is humanity's oldest emotional language — the monster in the woods, the curse that outlives the danger it was protecting against, the character who has to lose everything before she finds her way home. These aren't decoration on top of the work. They're the mechanism. A pattern is easier to see, and easier to hold without shame, when you can first see it living in a story that isn't yours.

Tarot gives that mechanism structure. The four Queens — Cups, Wands, Swords, Pentacles — aren't fortune-telling, and they aren't fixed "types" you get sorted into. Each one is a facet of you: a capacity that's currently reversed, blocked, or turned against you, waiting to come back upright. The order they move in isn't arbitrary either — feeling first, so you can actually name what's there, then intuition, to sense direction, then thinking, to structure and decide, then sensation, to ground it into your real, concrete life. Queen's Path walks you through all four, in that order, on purpose.

This is Right for You If your Story Sounds Like

Four Queens — Three Months

Weeks 1-3 : Queen of Cups

Awareness · Before anything can change, it has to be felt — the patterns named without flinching, the story you've been living underneath the one you tell people. This stage is about looking for the tides that lay under the surface.

Weeks 7-9 : Queen of Swords

Truth · Here the work gets honest. You take what you've felt and what you've dared, and you build it into voice — clear-eyed, discerning, done negotiating with the old story, and ready to move forward into the magic and power that lies within.

Weeks 4-6 : Queen of Wands

Courage · Once you can see the pattern, the next question is whether you're willing to meet them. This stage asks you to face the Shadow — and ask why they are there, what gifts they are bringing you, and what passions they will unleash.

Weeks 10-12 : Queen of Pentacles

Worth · You've gone from I can't, I couldn't, I'm not allowed — to I have the right and I did. Pentacles comes last because she's cultivation, growth, abundance: the proof of your own abundance.

  • "The Queen's Path gets you looking straight at the pattern instead of living inside it.

  • You already have the power. This is where you stop waiting for permission to use it.

  • Three months to stop apologizing for wanting more, and start building it — with the power you already had.
